This paper presents a new method for the detection of vanishing points based on sub-pixel line descriptions which recognizes the existence of errors in feature detection and which does not rely on supervision or the arbitrary specification of thresholds. Image processing and image analysis are integrated into a coherent scheme which extracts straight line structure from images, develops a measure of line quality for each line, estimates the number of vanishing points and their approximate orientations, and then computes optimal vanishing point estimates through combined clustering and numerical optimization. Both qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the algorithms performance is included in the presentation.

Orient a shape to a different vanishing point in a perspective diagram

You can orient shapes in a perspective diagram to different vanishing points.
From Blocks with Perspective, drag a new Vanishing point shape onto the diagram.
Select the shape you want to reorient.
Drag the red control handle from the center of the original vanishing point to the center of the new one.

The connection between the shape and the vanishing point is glued when the control handle on the new vanishing point turns red.

Note When you add a new vanishing point to a perspective diagram, shapes on the page and shapes you add later continue to orient to the original vanishing point. Use these steps to reorient any shape to any vanishing point .

I actually had that car back in 1973. It is a 1970 Dodge Challenger. I absolutely loved that car... I sold it to a young kid, and i just hoped he wasn't going to go out and kill himself with it.

The picture has been flipped. The wheel is on the right for the same reasom Dodge is spelled in reverse and the letters are flipped. :D
