This probably is impossible but I thought it's worth asking. I finally got Madden 07. This is by far the best Madden and with all the settings turned up the graphics look great on my Thinkpad, but I can't help but think they would look even better at the native resoltuion. The highest it lets me select is 1280x1024. Is there some way to force it to run at 1400x1050?
Thanks,
Richard

You can thank EA for making it next to impossible to input custom resolutions into their games.
I suggest you check out widescreengamingforum.com. Although it focuses on widescreen resolutions, you can use their methods to force games to run at whatever custom resolution you want (usually). Good luck.

Thanks. Also, whats the deal with this EALink thing that comes on at startup? Can I just uninstall that?
Oddly enough they only have a nonworking hack listed, but I tried it, sure enough it doesn't work, but somehow the graphics do seem sharper

Yeah, I think you can get rid of it. EA Link is basically EA's version of Steam. Unless you need to do multiplayer stuff, I think you can just get rid of it.

Thanks. I'm glad you answered this question. I've been trying to find your virus removal guide ever since you took if off the old website. Good to see it in your sig.
