I think a more accurate statement would be that they will get ported to the PC... Most games developers will target the console first and foremost, and if they have spare time, they'll port the game over to the PC.

At present, and for the next few months that'll be the way things occur (look at Ubisoft and the right royal mess they made of SC: Double Agent) - once DX10 hardware starts becoming common place though and the PC pulls away from the "next-gen" consoles tech wise in the middle of the year, development focus will shift back to the PC (generally speaking, development tends to follow where ever the most cutting edge tech is)

Umm,, some titles looks really good, some just look shappy and cheap, the one Ill be looking out for is BioShock(Mostly Anyway) allot more on the list, but I do not see any other installment in the Silent Hill series maybe because its console? I hope they do, who knows ill be a wee bit upset if they don’t..

Given that Alan Wake probably wont surface till 2008, i've more or less pre-emptively declated BioShock as my 2007 GOTY - although in true Irrational Games fashion, no one will actually buy the darn thing.
Other than the usual suspects we're spent most of 2006 fawning over, on that list, The Witcher, Assassins Creed, Stranglehold, Heavy Rain, "Dirt", Metronome and Project Offset look like they could be a bit special
