I get a "static resource conflict node #00" at boot up. I found a fix on intel's page that said to reserve one of the blocks of memory in the bios. I tried this and while it seemed to get rid of the error, the motherboard freezes after displaying "Updating configuration data".
The keyboard is frozen and I have to reset/power down.
Strangely enough, I can boot into NT and get to the desktop. However, the card behaves erratically at times while playing various games. I am sure it has to do with the conflict mentioned above. Win98, on the other hand, states there's a conflict between the card, the AHA2940UW2 controller and "motherboard resources."
This is driving me crazy. Neither diamond or intel have been very helpful. Any help would be appreciated.
