Javascript slow down

I have a web site at http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Set/9683 and I use a javascript menu on the main page. When you highlight a menu option a picture would appear in the box below. This had been working fine since I coded it. Just this weekend I went to the site at home and it would take longer to load the image in the box. I have no reason why or who to turn to about the problem. I have tried clearing my cookies but that didn't work. I got my friends to look at it from their computers and they say it works fine. Is there something wrong with my compuer?
