modem wont work

For christmas i recieved several upgrades to my AMD K6-233. The main stuff i got was a ATI Rage II, Diamond sound card, and a best data 56k mach 2 pci card modem. i have goten everything but the modem to work. if any one can help or send drivers for win95 email me. thanx

BTW, what would you people recommened over clocking it to? i have run it at 266 for a short time

Try looking for the most recent drivers and other updates for your modem here.

As for over-clocking and how far you should go...... I think most would tell you to go as far as you can while keeping the system stable and within a decent temperature range, and/or as far as you are comfortable with.

What does device manager say about your PCI bus - any '!' showing up indicating your motherboard drivers might not be in order??
Copy us on what-ever error message you're getting in device manager and also surf your mother-board manufacturer for any updates on the PCI Master Bus drivers.

well i fixed it the lazy man's way. i took it back to the stoor and got a creative modem blaster flash56 (dual mode 56k & v.90)
pluged right in and started right up. its awesome!
