Hello all!

Can you point me towards the best (in your humbles) registry cleaner debugger...I've done all the spyware, defrag, msconfig stuff, but I'm still crawling along..and could do with taking things a little deeper. Preferably with a GUI and idiot-proof...I know I'm not asking much lolol, but any help would be fantastic :)
