Iwill slocket II and Intel 500mhz FCPGA?

Has anyone used this slocket with the intel FCPGA? How was the experience? I still haven't got my system to boot past:

Could the incompatibility of the slocket and cpu with the mobo be the cause? Please give me some feedback?

I've had the iwill slotkey converter running my celeron 466 for 4 months and have not had a problem with it yet.
It's clocked normally, and runs at least 6 hours every day, most times more.
