Don't forget Gary's Mod. It's by far the best of any of those listed.

It is interesting to go back to the old fuzzy games to see what they look like on the new systems.

Dunno, i'd say Minerva, Coastline to Atmosphere, Eclipse and Rock 24 are easiyl just as good if not better, especially now Gary's mod is no longer goign to be a freeware release

Thanks for the info, I have Gary's mod, got bored with it, The Ultra High Res Texture Pack looks bloody great. IM downloading pretty much all the ones posted, they should be done when I get home from work tonight.
I’m surprised at how different the graphics look now than they did on my 6800GT they look very different. Much better but I did not think it would be that much better.

Gmod Version 9 is still floating around the internet, so people can still get it. However, the retail version is SOOOO much cleaner and more stable than Gmod9. It's got a host of new features, and the menus are completely simplified so that virtually anyone can pick up and play it.
BTW, it's a mere $10. For all the hard work Garry has put into it, I think he deserves a little bit of cash for his efforts. :t
