Bookmark Conversion Program?

Hi,
I have finaly had enough of Netscape, and want to switch to IE. My question is this, is there a utility to transfer bookmarks from netscape to ie? I can remember an older one from a few years ago, but no idea where I saw it. Any suggestions?

Well to tell you the truth SoCalGal...I truely cant remember if it will also do the Organizing (havent used it since I deleted Netscape off of my computers!) lol But if I "remember" correctly I think it did http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif
