My Asus P4T 533-C mobo no longer is working. I need to find a replacement mobo, but can't find the same type of mobo. I don't necessarily need another Asus P4T 533-C mobo, but I do need the same type of mobo for my current hardware that was installed on the mobo.

AGP slot
1GB RDRAM (four modules)
3.06GHz w/ HT

Thanks for the help :)

Do you realize that his is an RDRAM (RAMBUS) motherboard? Forget a direct swap. You will need any matching form factor (ATX, Micro ATX) Intel 845 motherboard and some DDR RAM.

yep...i'm looking for a mobo that supports RDRAM. Are there any mobo's available that support RDRAM?? Or, am I SOL??

I'm gonna need to buy new DDR RAM along with replacing the mobo?? If that is the case, I guess my RDRAM is eBay bound to someone that will be able to use it.

The only way you're going to get an RDRAM motherboard is used. Your choice.

Look at that. I stand corrected.

Still, I would drop RDRAM like a hot coal.

LOL :D

I still have one RDRAM machine running with a P4 2.4 (533 FBS).

Since my computer is DOA, how do I determine the type of processor I have?? I know some of the mobo's don't support the Prescott processors.

My current CPU is an Intel 3.06GHz (Socket 478).

Thanks for the continued support :t

That's a Northwood so you will need one of the ones that supports 533 FSB.
