I'm up too, got a serious pain in my right arm, and numbness, think I got a pinched nerve in my back, can't sleep, it's almost 4am and I'm pissed, 800mg of ibuprofin and a vicodin, still hurts.

Sorry to hear it, I get pain in the back and hip, when the codeine forte stops workin, I have to drag me old carcass around the streets for an hour, walking seems to get my blood movin just enough to clear the stoppage, in my lymph system.
