My sound card don't seems to work. I will always get a 'Fatal Exception 0E' message. I am using PIII 500E, SB Live value, AOpen AX6BC Pro II ME and Matrox G400.

Tried latest drivers but still having same problem. Card works on an Abit BH6 board but not my board. Is it due to the board or graphics card or my porcessor?

I think the motherboard resources are your problem. Try to put the SB-Live in a slot away from any other card...like put it in the bottom PCI slot and dont put any cards next to it on either side fro at least one slot away, then try it.

If slot usage doesn't fix it, try disabling a device you do not use from bios, such as one of the serial ports or the USB port or so.
