i got this problem when i try to use cpu boost i get an error message that says
"runtime error at 0cf9:0091" i call the guys were i got the program and they said that i got a faulty memory ship so i had to send it to hp to check it and i got it back today and the same thing hapens.
please help.

Not sure what the cause or solution is to your error message, but virtually all the notes I have seen on this program state that it does nothing it claims to do, and is basically worthless and should not be used.

Guess that would be option #2 for you.

This is a clasic case of "software" blames "hardware", and "hardware" blames "software".
I doubt you will ever get anywhere with the makers of the software or hp.
The problem sounds like a software problem, probably an incompatability problem of some sort. It would be very dificult to pin down the problem from the little information that you have given us, but I would suggest getting rid of that software and trying a different approach. Good maintainance with a set of tools such as Norton Utilities can do a lot to make the system that you have run more efficiently. I think it would be a wiser investment.
