When I tried to access my outlook account , every time I have to enter the password, though I have checked the option for: "Remember my password"

Tools > Accounts > account name > Properties > Servers. Enter your password there.

You meant to say : Tools-->Email Accounts-->View or change existing e-mail accounts-->Chnage--> --etc. ?

My instructions are for Outlook Express. Outlook is similar, but not exactly the same. Anyone can manage to figure it out with the OE instructions.
