SDRAM has more than one bank, which alllows one bank to be precharged while the other is being accessed. jam57 12-20-1999, 08:33 PM Thank you for replying, I do not have a manual for this updated flash, and my original says nothing about it. But i can say i see no diff. if it's enabled or disabled. I guess i will enable! thanks, jim. Banti 12-21-1999, 12:31 AM Not too much of this on the 'net. Have you tried posting in the motherboard section?? After looking around it looks like the precharge is a DRAM type thing where the storage capacitors are charged prior to use. Might be wrong, but after downloading 4 corrupt zip files from Abit's web site, I was to pissed to continue searching their site for info. What does the manual say about this precharge??
