Absolutely. I've got a K6-2 400 w/128MB and a Voodoo3 2000. Runs great!!

Absolutely! I've got a Voodoo3/2000 on a K6-3/450 with 128mb PC100....runs perfect. My kid brother is using the same vid card on a K6-2/350 and 64mb ram....no problems. Both comps are using FIC VA503+ mobos and the installation of the vid cards was effortless.

I sure can! I am running a Voodoo3 3000 on a AMD k-6 400MHz (I have ran it with 96 RAM and 112 RAM) and it works great ! ! I am very happy.
