This has been plaguing me for months. All games are extremely choppy, framerate and sound alike. Single player is fine. I'm on a t1 so my connection is fast enough. Everything ran fine until I installed a Voodoo3 3500. I put my Voodoo2 back in but its stilled messed up. I've tried reinstalling everything. The only other thing I can think of is that my network card, sound card, and USB controller all have the same IRQ. I tried changing them, but Windows won't let me. Any ideas? HELP!!!!!
What does your device manager indicate? And are you sure it's all those devices which have the same IRQ, or the PCI slots they are in??
Next - I'd be suspicious of conflicts from the VOODOO drivers that you installed with the new card - sounds like that might have chewed something else to pieces. By chance - do you have a DVD player in the same system? - How's it working these days?
Give us your mobo type as well please.

My device manager indicates no conflicts, but says they have the same irq. I don't have a dvd drive. My motherboard is an Abit BH6. I tries reformatting my harddrive, but that didn't fix anything.
