My connection to internet acting strange..

I have a Cox 5/2 cable line and about 2 weeks ago I could surf the internet very quickly without any pause. But now every page I load have a long pause then a brust of information start appearing.

This is happening to every computer attached on my network.

What could be the problem?

Clear the cache and the cookies.

I clear cache/cookie/defrag/disk clean up/virus scan/ adaware scan on daily basis on all computer I own.

It's defiently not cookie/cache.

Connect one computer directly to the Modem, if it does the same call Cox.
