Remote Connection

Hey guys,
My aunt is having trouble with her computer. And I'm tryint to connect to het computer. I have tried the MSN messanger remote connection no luck. So then I tried the remote connection desktop and that had no luck. Does any1 know of a good FREE remote desktop connection program??

Any one of the free VNC programs will work fine.

I prefer UltraVNC. Install it on BOTH PCs.
