exit in ms-excel

While exiting the MS Excel, every time i am
getting follwoing message in a BOX :
-------------------------------------------
THE FILE COULD NOT BE ACCESSED TRY ONE OF THE
FOLLOWING :
MAKE SURE THE SPECIFIED FOLDER EXISTS.
MAKE SURE THE FOLDER THAT CONTAINS THE FILE
IS NOT READ ONLY
-------------------------------------------

I really hate to ask, but are you saving your stuff to a floppy drive disk ( say a: perhaps ) and removing the floppy before Excel has closed completely? That would do it. Write protected files, or files with write protected fields would do the same thing.
