Maybe you can shop around some more. Surely there are other boards out there that support the 133Mhz FSB. I know my Abit BX6-r2 does.

There are many 133 mhz boards avaliable
Abit
Soyo
Asus
Turboguide
As I have used all 4 of these boards at the 133fsb so I know that they work (make sure you are using pc133 ram too http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif )

Yeh, there is lots of boards out there. My Abit Be6 would work, Soyo would do it too. Let us know how it works when you get it up and running http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gifI'm thinking of the same thing

Just FYI
U Dont need PC133 for the Soyo board (SY-6VBA 133) http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
It can run a 133 bus speed with 100Mhz RAM speed

Auraedge...????
Are you talking about overclocking the sucker? You can't just take 100 mhz ram and expect it to get 133 speeds unless you overclock it... even then, I don't know if you'll be able to get that kind of speed.

Aura,
You are correct on that the ram on the SOYO can be run at 100mhz even when the FSB is at 133...I just feel that if you are going to play with the "big dogs" do it right http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

The price difference between pc100 and 133 is small,so go with the 133.As far as the mobo,I'd get the Soyo 6VBA.For $79 w/the Norton software package,it's the best deal so far.
