CAN SOMEONE MAIL ME A PC-DOS 6.1 BOOT DISK FROM ibm COMP,IF SOMEONE HAS THAT OS.sorry for the all caps letters

Do you have disk 1? Have you tried booting to it?

I have the 6.22 upgrade if you want it...I'm not using it so that should satisfy Mr Gates

I've searched the bootdisk.com site, but they don't have ANY version of DOS boot disks there anymore. I didn't search the IBM site as yet - if you have a few hours, you might check there, or someone here might have one.

You might try to find someone with PC-DOS 7.0 as that is Y2K and might be in more recent supply out there.

BTW - PC-DOS 7.0 runs about $69 - you might want to upgrade if you're really stuck on the hardware it's on.
