Auto disconnect preventer?

Hey, I keep getting these dumb e-mails about programs that will keep your ISP from booting you off during downloads. Does anyone know where you can get this free?

You can also go into the options in your e-mail program and set it to check your e-mail every 10 minutes.

This works very well under most circumstances.

I think your first stop should be the back of the ISP that is doing this to you

I don't get the Auto disconnect message since I started dialing in through my Dial-Up Networking Connection and then open up my browser (Netscape).
