for asking this question.

Just so I don't get someone whining about where I got that image, I saw it on Mrcs under "a photo of mrc?"

Hi

I think I don't really understand your question.
You say you have PC100 RAM, that's SDRam PC100 64Bit (if they are ECC, it's 72Bit).

Do you you want to upgrade your PC ? In that case, you need to buy another stick of PC100 SDRam (64 or 128 Mb)

Hope that helps

Stan

BTW, pretty sure you already know that:
PC100 can run on a 100MHz FSB
PC133 ==> 133MHz FSB (for the new coppermine)

Sorry.
I have 128 megs of pc100 ram on my system and I wanna double it, as I have LOTS of graphics programs open at the same time (photoshop, corel draw, corel presentations, etc.)

I, as ashamed about it as I am, do not know what in the heck the bit **** etc. means...
How do I tell, aside from pc100, what type of ram I need?

Stan, thanks, I think I get it now http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
Anyways, do you think that 152 bucks is too much to pay for 128 meg stick of pc133 w/lifteime warranty (Its from accessmicro.com)?

That's a great price but check reseller ratings. I've been burned a few times when I didn't check there first.

$152 is a heck of a lot cheaper than it was a couple months ago, and it's still coming down little by little....
Igor-Good tip!

Bill Gates has said that all we will ever need is 64k http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif
