ABIT BH6 Bios

Hi ,

I've an Abit Bh6 mainboard and i've experienced the following problem :

each time the system boots, the bios tells me of a 'Unknow flash type'.It's strange but system works.But when i try to update my bios with the lastest version, awdflash gives me the same error message and the bios isn't updated.
Can someone help ?
Must i use an Eprom programmator (is the bios damaged)?

Sounds to me like your using the wrong Bios update. I did the same thing on my uncles machine, Two versions of the BH6 Bios are available for download. To find out what one you need check the rev# of the Motherboard it should be version 1.0 0r 1.1 then download the correct flash for your Mobo.
