Web Host offering WebSite builder & Shopping Cart?

I am a web host / reseller. However, my host does not offer any website builders that also allow the user to setup a shopping cart. I've looked at a couple of the top rated hosts, but none seem to offer anything for the true non-techy person to setup a website AND a shopping cart. Any thoughts?

I have a client who wants to do everything herself ... website, shopping cart, etc. But, she has absolutely NO development skills in the least.

Are there any options out there that meet her criteria? She also wants to somehow tie this into a eBay store.

Prostores.com is the closest I've found so far -- but it is owned by eBay.

a quick google of "DIY Webstore" yielded quite a bit. If she WANTS to tie into an ebay store, why ISN'T prostores.com an option? ...curious.
