can't find jack about those worms in google. they must be proprietary names made by trendmicro.
make sure to disable system restore before you run your cleaners. run the AV in safe mode. you can also try antivir (free)
Antivirus/Antispy (http://www.sysopt.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=161595)

I would try Adware Away:

Then work your way down the list until you find a good anti-virus and anti-spyware program.
Free isn't always free is it? You get what you payed for. There are many other better programs than TrendMicro in our list.
Try the trial versions of NOD32 (www.eset.com) and CounterSpy (www.sunbelt-software.com).
Think also about buying them as they are tip-top too. I use both.
NOD32 has a nice 3-year software and licence deal.

You will automatically be redirected to your own countries pricing policy.
CounterSpy is $19.95.
As Sterling has intimated, users have got to start using more robust AV and malware solutions. For the amount of money spent, is it not worth the piece of mind that having two of the best activity running online. Both NOD32 and CounterSpy are resource light so will not bring your system, however powerful, to a crawl.
I do not know how much times I have mentioned the above or how many times users are posting here with serious intractable AV and malware problems. Detect and delete immediately and all will be fine. If the critter gets the chance to infect even the best AV and malware progs will struggle when they would have otherwise had no trouble detecting and deleting etc.

I second NOD32. It is a VERY fast scanner as well as being effective. It's only a trial, so Antivir would be a better long term option unless you are comfortable with spending a few bucks.
Yes but the trial will help and what is so wrong with spending a few bucks on a decent solution unless the poster wishes to go through this and other experiences again. May be they like to :)
From the number of posts with similar problems, sure sounds like it

Worms propogate via networks. If you don't clean every single PC on the LAN, you're wasting your time.
Apply all Windows updates, install a good firewall on your gateway and then clean all PCs.
If your network allows laptops to connect without authorization, you would be well advised to close that back door.
