OL98 probs with Word as email editor...

Hopefully you guys can do software probs, too. I have a user on NT 4, SP4, 64 MB RAM, Office 97, Outlook 98, IE 4.0,
and she uses Word as her email editor (it's a must). Suddenly all of
her email; incoming, new email messages, etc., are all at a zoom level
of 65%. It wasn't like that yesterday and of course she swears she
didn't do anything. I know it has to do with the zoom factor, because
when I change that it fixes the problem until OL98 is closed. Once I
reopen OL98 it starts all over. No matter what I change in OL98 the
problem persists. Any ideas???

Hi

Try holding Ctrl and scrolling at the same time with the mouse scroll wheel in an open mail message. Scrolling up should lower the text size, and viceversa.

If her mouse doesn't have a scroll wheel.. I don't know.

Figured it out, guys. It had to do with Word's default zoom level. Once we changed it to 100% the emails all looked fine. Thanks.
