Is the HP Jet Direct J7960G#ABA compatible with AS400 printing on HPLJ4350DTN? I'm looking for a jet direct card that will fit in the 4350DTN and print nothing but AS400 items.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of AS400 connector do you use? The BNC or the RJ-11 phone line connection?

Right now I'll be using the BNC connector. Would one be a better alternative than the other? Should I switch over to the RJ-11 phone line connection if that would make a big difference?

It depends on your system. If it is wired one way, then all of the connections must be done that way. You can't mix and match. It is based on the Mux controller.

I only know a very little about mainframe printing.
