With the onset of the rainy season, and quite a few outages in the past few days, I decided to buy a an uninteruptable power supply. Comp USA had " Blackout Buster" on sale for $49.95 after rebates. Anybody know if this is a good unit.?, Originally $119.95,
couldn't pass up a deal like this,but then I'm a sucker for a sale!!!!!!

I work PT in a major office sup. store and we have sold them with the same deal. I have only heard about them and have not used it myself but...I have heard good things about its reliability and it is similar in performance to APC.

I've got the Blackout Buster and like it. One second before my lights flicker, the unit beeps to indicate is is active.

Thanks for the good words. We all hate to find out you bought a bad peice of hardware.
My wife brings work home sometimes and I'd hate to see her lose all those files and letters. (smile) still don't know how to do it!!!!!
