MS Word & Address Book Problem

How can I fix a problem whereby my Windows Address Book,
as well as the Address Book in Outlook and Outlook Express
shows the correct entries, but when I open MS Word 2002
and go to Envelopes, click on the Address Book, some entrires
that I know are in tje above address books do not show up in Word.

I have even tried adding the entry in Word for the address book
and it still won't show.

XP Home ED SP1A and most updates ... Office has latest SP

Why are you NOT using SP2 for Windows XPand ALL updates?

I install the critical updates if they apply to me.
Yes my OS is Legit ... it came with my Dell and
also with my Toshiba PC

But your question still does not address the initial
problem about keeping the address book in Word
matching either the Windows Address Book (.wab)
or an Address Book from either Outlook or Outlook Express

I do not care which one it will work correctly with, as long as
I can get a change in one of them to appear in Word when I
go to address an envelope. Whatever is the cause be it a program
or a user glitch, it is most definitely not caused by SP2 not installed.
Office 2002 has the latest Service Pack (SP3) installed on it
