Ontopic, as for forum feedback, it seems signatures have been enabled? Is this temporary or permanent?

I figured we were overdue for some change. When you have suggestions or complaints/questions about the forum, this is the place to put em. I'll be visiting it frequently to check.

Regarding the 250 character limit, MS word count tells me I have 339 characters including spaces, 320 without, and it seems to all be displaying properly. :confused:

Well your Word program has been hitting the bottle. That's nowhere near 250 chars.

Hmm, I guess it is, with the formatting tags. Well maybe it doesn't count them. I was sure it did though.

It'd be nice if it didn't count, especially if one wants to link to a website that has a long URL, for example. That could eat up quite a bit of the allowed characters.

Well however it is, it is. Can't rewrite the software for something like that. But it appears it doesn't count the formatting tags, although on another forum I was sure it did.

This is the strangest thing.

I was about to PM JPnyc with a suggestion to have a suggestion area to sysopt!!!

And I come home from work and there is one!

Well naturally I was going to volunteer to be moderator for the section ;) But can't have everything!!
