First off, take off the capital lock on your keyboard, it indicates you are shouting, plus it is hard to read.

Next realize the following:
Award Software became part of Phoenix Technologies in September 1998 (information about the Award-Phoenix merger) and we have joined our web sites to reflect the expanded range of product offerings and technology solutions. Go to the Phoenix homepage.

Here is the Phoenix sitePhoenix Here (http://www.phoenix.com/)

Here is a site with beep code information:
Beep Codes Here (http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Lakes/3553/beeps.htm)

There is additional beep code information hereClick Here (http://www.computercraft.com/docs/beeps.html) and here Click here Too (http://www.randomc.com/~dperr/beepcode.htm)

With this information in hand, you will be told by myself and others to begin reassembly with only the hard drive and the video card.

Once you have these working, begin adding your components, one at a time, until you have isolated the problem.

Good Luck. Re-post and let us all know how things went.
