I am sure you know that DOS isn't necessary to install Windows 9x and higher? But just in case you don't know, you can download a boot disk with CDROM support from www.bootdisk.com (http://www.bootdisk.com) and install directly from the CD. RobRich 12-06-1999, 01:54 AM While everyone is talking about DOS, has anyone dropped by: www.freedos.org (http://www.freedos.org) Their project is to create an MS-DOS compatible operating system which is freely disbtributable, and has options MS never included. One guy is actually running his web server using freedos on a 386sx with 4meg of mem! They have already released beta 3, and the next release is not too far off. Thanks for the link! SysOpt.com
