My external hard drive is shot, so I removed the disk and am wondering the best way to recover the information that is on it.

Midknyte 06-29-2006, 06:45 PM what do you mean your removed the disk? if you just removed the drive from the enclosure, then try connecting it directly to the IDE cable in your system.
