I don't know of any mobos that support onboard SATA RAID5 unless there are ones specifically for servers.

Pick up a SATA RAID card for under $100 and you can use them in ANY mobo.

The Asus P5WDG2-WS Pro (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131039) supports RAID 0/1/10/5 and has 8 S-ATA II 3.0GB ports Supports Core 2 Duo and Core 2 Extreme processors and ATI Cross Fire without blocking PCI slots but if you have two duel slot cards the bottom one will block one of the two PCI-X 133MHz slots.
