still won't boot to windows

how do u make a floppy,so I can boot and format&recover my hard drive to factory condition

well you can make a start up disk through windows start/control panel/add remove programs ...but that will just get windows stated again if you want all the software reinstalled you need disks supplied by your puter manufacter. hope this helps
