Roy 12-02-1999, 11:05 PM I think it's the same as my P2-300. Pry the ends of the "wrap around" shell (bearing the label) away from the heat plate, near the corners. Eventually, each anchor (4) will "POP" loose. Be careful not to pry too much against the circuit board. Take your time, use leverage, not brute force. It WILL come off. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif dawgtuff 12-04-1999, 10:54 AM Roy- thanks for the reply, but the P2-233 is the Klamath(.35 micron). If I'm not mistaken, the cpu's above 233 are .25 micron.I don't know if the case assemblies are different.....Can anyone else out there help?I don't want to make a mistake as I'm putting in a new 6VBA mobo and I want to cool the 233 as much as I can before I start OC'ing.....DawgTuff.
