I bought following from http://kasecom.com/default.php 2 years ago:

TT561B Black Metal PC Mid Tower

The PC's On/Off button (front of the case) is sticking. When I push the button, the PC usually comes on for a few seconds, and then dies. After several pushes, it "catches" and the PC stays on.

Any one have similar problems? Any recommendations? Can I fix this by oiling the switch? If so, what kind of oil and can I buy it on the internet?

How do you know that it's the button sticking and not some other issue? ATX power buttons are momentary. They engage when you press them, but they don't "catch". The engagement sends a signal through the motherboard to the power supply.

If the power comes on and then the PC turns off, it's some other problem - probably a bad power supply. It could also be a dirty, dusty PC.

you could try swapping the reset button for the power button and see if that helps. I rarely use the reset, if ever.

I had some HP monitors at work with sticking buttons. I took the botton out and shaved the edges of the plastic to round them more. The sticking stopped.

i agree with Sterling....

i too sometimes have similar issues with some PC cases from cheap manufatures that have bad alignment and requires the same "Tweak" to file away the excess plastic
