At our Office someone put an image in everybody's signature in outlook...but that person no longer works here and we had to reload one of the machines. How do you make an image file (IIRC it's a gif) appear in your signature in Outlook? When I tried just pasting it into the signature, it showed a box with a red x.

Ok, well I figured that out, but for some reason there are all these extra spaces (i.e. it looks double spaced even though it's supposed to be single spaced) and I can't get rid of them. It looks fine when I go to tools>options>mailformat>signatures, but in the actual e-mail it has extra line breaks. Any ideas?

Double check and remove any extra lines when you go in and edit the sigs.

The thing is, in the sig edit everything is fine, it's only when actually writing an e-mail that there are extra lines.
