Does anyone have a way to get to Asus support? I have a bad board and the shop that sold it closed. I have been e-mailing Asus and the last reply was "OK,I will pass your case to our superior to help you asap!!", but that was a more than month ago and no word since then. I guess they try wear you down until you give up but I want to make one more effort to return this board. Nice boards but Asus service sure sucks.

Email them every day until they help you.
Someone will get tired of you complaining and RMA the board.

ASUS in the UK once refused to replace the fan on my grafics card which was under warranty as it had packed up. They said that those fans have been a constant issue and they no longer use them and had stopped replacing them. Swines. If I was bothered, I would have gone through the citizens advice bureau but decided to completely upgrade the whole computer instead.

It really isn't worth my while to send the board back to Taiwan from Fiji but I'm starting to get rather irked at their attempt to shrug off warranty responsibilties. What use is a three year warranty that isn't honored? Maybe they are ripe for a class action lawsuit.

If everyone stopped buying a product, then that impacts a company even more than a lawsuit.

Do they have no local agent? If I would have got an RMA from them on my graphics card, it would have gone to ASUS UK, not HQ in Taiwan.
