I got a Pentium 75 and mobo recently and it installed it in a standard baby AT case, brass standoffs, etc.. I have an old trident video card in and I'm using on board IDE. Whenever I try to boot, I just get a blank screen, the monitor doesn't even come on (energy saving type) and I hear the hard drives unpark, etc.. I don't hear any bleeps, etc.. I tried the trident in my other computer and it only workewd in black and w.. I have replaced the P75 with a P133 set to 100mhz. I have two 4mb 72pin FPM SIMMs. The mobo has somesort of riser card but I don't have the correct card for it. PLEASE HELP ME!!

what kinda mobo you got there sounds like a old packard bell job ? is there only one slot on it for a card ? if so thats for the riser and you can not just put a isa card in there as far as i know it will not work that way

The riser turned out to be a cache slot. The board's wrecked, so I'm going to bring the P133 back to the shop and get tunning up my AMD.
