i found this _OLD_ so called "gamecard"
in an old 386 machine. it has two joystick
ports that i want to use. how do i get this working? its a controller card of some sort.
using ISA bus. plz help. it would be fun to be able to use more than one handcontroller withour using those crappy Y-cables.

all answers are very welcome!

You might have a Advanced Gravis Gameport there. I had one before sound cards had integrated High-speed ports. They are probably not available anymore, and the gravis driver site doesnt appear to list the DOS utility, but check anyways:

Good Luck!

Can you tell if there's a manufacturer's name on the card anywhere? There were a lot of companies that were making those about 10 years ago.
Even then, finding the drivers for it might be difficult, since it's so old, and would only have dos drivers.
