First I want to say that all the responses made me smile. Not bad for first thing Monday morning. I used A+ for dummies, A+ Prep by Jean something, A+ cramsessions and all the braindumps\practice tests I could find. There are a ton of free resources on the net. Im just going to put it on my resume in hopes of getting a better job.Even if it does not lead to anything great, its still a nice feeling of accomplishment. Next I will study NT workstation (MCP). Thank you

Hey Fishboy,

When you get your certificate in the mail they will likely send you a $50 discount cupon for the Network+ exam. That certification is new, and not industry recognized - but what could it hurt?

I was thinking about that but I thought that since Network+ is a new exam, MCP might be a better choice since it is better known.
