I was wondering if the Nvidia ForceWare 84.21 would be of any use on an FX 5200 graphics card? according to my hardware profile I am running the 8.1.9.8 version driver. By the way is 8.1.9.8 really the way it read? Or is it 81.98? Okay so I'm lost....sorry.

I doubt you will see any changes. Most fixes would be focused on the 6xxx or 7xxx series cards now. read the release notes:

the driver version you have is 81.98. they just list it funny like that.

My friend actually had problems with running some stuff I made with DarkBasic with the 81.98's. Not sure if it was a buffer flipping issue or what, but I had him switch to the 77.77 set and all is well now.
