Is Vsync off? That GFX card is pretty old, it can't do too much.

VSync is a setting on your graphics card properties that locks the framerate to your monitor's refresh rate which should be off during benchmarking. Still though the MX4000 is an old card. If you plan on alot of gaming, it'll be well worth an upgrade.
