I use multiple users on Windows 95 based system....And for some reason, once in awhile, when I boot up and type in a logon name it starts to load and just freezes..No error message, it just freezes...Is this just a problem with WIndows 95 or does it go deeper then that?

Sounds like a windows problem - I vaguely remember there being a bug with that? Not sure.
You might want to look at www.annoyances.org (http://www.annoyances.org) for the answer.
