Hi,
I am currently running office 2003 with sp2 and when I try and do a detect and repair or run a fresh installation I get an "Add or Remove Programs" window appear saying "The Installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it" Any suggestions ?

The CAB files were not saved to the hard drive for a repair to find them.

You need to run the repair from the Office 2003 CD.

I get that error in cases like sterling pointed out. I also have it in one other situation. We have a couple versions of Office XP - Volume License and OEM license. Depending on we got the pc wil dictate which install type we are using. If I use the wrong disc on a pc I get that same error. Your CD for repair/new installs must matches the install type on the PC.
