I have just enough parts to throw together a decent system for Mom except a motherboard, and I'm too lazy to research the current specs on Socket A mobos.
I have an AMD Athlon XP 3200 CPU, memory, video, fan and all that good stuff but just need a good stable mobo for Mom. What's available out the from the likes of Asus, MSI, and whatnot?

Is that a 200 or a 166 MHz bus 3200? If the former, then not many mainboards are left ... because all the recent CPUs were Semprons that only needed 166 MHz, and mainboards were often produced with cheaper chipsets that only supported that.
Newegg list no more than 19 socket-A mainboards altogether, and only a handful of them supports 200 MHz FSB (advertized as 400). It's a mature platform, no really bad mainboards in there. Make your pick.

Okay, thanks.
The stock number shows a AXDA3200DKV4E, I think that's the 400

Yes, a quick google of that part number confirms it's an "FSB400" part, requiring 200 MHz front side bus frequency.
